While do do everything possible to make you comfortable with your purchase, we do charge a 5% restock fee on returns. Non-Auction Purchases


Applies to Non-auction; Buy-It-Now items; Post-auction Special purchases

When you purchase from us, you have a full 10 days to decide whether it's a "keeper".

Sorry, there are no returns allowed on items purchased with layaway or extended payment plans*.

A 5% ($10 Minimum) restocking fee will be charged on all returns.

*Exceptions: Layaway purchases, or purchases whose payments extend over 30 days cannot be returned for any reason. Due to volatile markets, returns are not accepted on any bullion related items (gold/platinum Eagles, $50 Buffaloes, generic gold issues, etc). In such matters, we will negotiate an appropriate return amount on a case-by-case basis.


Auction Purchases


May only be returned upon DLRC approval within 10 days of receipt of such item. A 5% ($10 minimum) restocking fee will be charged for all auction returns (regardless of payment method). Due to the competitive environment of auctions, we ask that you keep returns to a minimum, and use careful consideration before placing your bids. Sorry, we cannot accommodate layaways on Internet auction purchases without prior agreement.

Timeliness: if payment is not received in full by our office within 5 business days of a transaction (i.e. successful auction win, order placed via email or phone, etc) then that transaction will be considered a layaway and returns not permitted unless otherwise negotiated.
