Your web site is the best, shipping extremely fast and descriptions the most accurate. I have collected for over 50 years, and remember the "bad old days" of inaccurate grading and sloppy service. I just want to say how impressed I am with DLRC. I received my 3 most recent orders today--less than 48 hours after they were finalized. The coins are exactly as described and the service is impeccable. Of all the companies I've dealt with over the past 2 years, there's no comparison to DLRC. The shipping is fast and on the one occasion that I did decide to return a purchase, the credit hit my card the day you received the return. Compare that to your competition where you might receive your orders about a week after they've been finalized and if something has to be returned the credit typically takes about 2-3 weeks to post to your account.
DLRC is number 1 in my book by a very great margin. I shipped 13 coins today for consignment and I expect that my experience in those transactions will match those of my purchases.

Hi John,
I was browsing through your web site today. Just wanted to say major improvements have been made if compared to a couple of months ago. I use to browse it every morning for a couple of years to see what new coins you had, but as time goes by the busier I get and don't get to browse it as much.
Anyways, you guys are doing a great job and the site looks awesome! Also, every time I call DLRC if I speak to Jason, Jack or Win they are all great over the phone! You guys are a great example of what this hobby is all about.

It will be nice to add the coins to my collections--only a few more in each set.
I will use layaway again as I work through the next acquisitions--it really helps to be able to stretch payments over a few months when a good buy shows up.
