The Proof Three Cent Silver series had a limited mintage from 1854-1873. A tough collection to put together, the key dates are the 1854 and the 1873 proof-only issue. Dates of 1855-1858 are also very difficult due to the limited mintage of the pre-Civil War years. Extremely interesting, but unusual collection that is perfect for the advanced collector.
