Item Description:

Here is a beautiful choice uncirculated example of this early Draped Bust quarter type. Medium toned on both sides with rich red-gold hues with areas of blue highlighting the devices. It is evenly and sharply struck on both sides which is unusual for this early design which were minted with hand-screw presses. Far nicer than similarly graded specimens we have seen of this date.
