Item Description:
This is the famous 1893/2 -- a variety that is quite rare and truly underrated. As David Lawrence discovered, the only true 93/2 dime must have a clear bar through the lower loop of the 3 in the date. This coin is clearly that variety. White a lustrous from overdipping, but really quite nice.
