I was very glad to see that John Feigenbaum is on the PNG committee to come up with a definition of coin doctoring. I am an avid collector, and have been for many years. A little over two years ago I got back in to coin collecting (after a six year hiatus), but have always worried that some unscrupulous dealer might sell me a certified coin that has been doctored. It was a little sad to see the coins that I have since I was 13 go, but it was time, and I think my grandfather would have loved to known that he was helping me purchase a house!
