I was very glad to see that John Feigenbaum is on the PNG committee to come up with a definition of coin doctoring. I am an avid collector, and have been for many years. A little over two years ago I got back in to coin collecting (after a six year hiatus), but have always worried that some unscrupulous dealer might sell me a certified coin that has been doctored.
