Silky white obverse center with darker rim toning. Heavy golden-copper toned reverse. The 1939 is Lowest mintage of the Oregon sets with only 3,004 coins struck. Also among the lowest mintage of all the Classic commem issues. CAC approved for quality and eye appeal.
