Without question has VG details. A very rare CC issue -- with or without rays this coin is rare. From a mintage of just 12,462, very few survive in any grade. Underrated and a one year type as a Carson City issue. We note a VG-8 example sold for $8913 recently at auction (Heritage: 4/10). This coin easily has VG-8 details in every respect.
