1794 H10c PCGS F15 (LM-3) * Key First-Year Half Dime Issue *

DLRC #: 360020 // PCGS #: 4250

Wow! This is an absolutely wonderful, choice Fine-Very Fine example of this underrated first-year of issue for the official U.S. half dime series. This coin comes from a little old lady's collection. She had the coin in her family for many decades and we just submitted it to PCGS for the first time. Wonderful, problem-free surfaces. The 1794 half dime is an exciting first-year of draped bust type, as well as the first year of the denomination, unless one counts the famed 1792 half disme which is likely a trial piece.
