The 1872 2-cent business strike is the key to set and much tougher than the 1864 small motto in our experience. The present example has nice, even color and excellent detail.
Type coin. Some neat die clashing is on display as well as the familiar "O over F in OF" on the reverse. Nice luster. A mild scrape on the cheek likely kept this piece out of the 58 grade.

Better date early Walker with neat "Whitman album" toning. The reverse shows some pale purple hues while the obverse displays only a mild sheen of gold toning. Difficult to locate in this condition!
