This coin was previously graded Proof 68 Cameo by NGC, but the former owner thought that it should Deep Cameo and it simply didn't work out as projected. Fortunately, it's being offered at a much lesser rate and for the buyer, it's good to note that there have been several that deemed this coin as being nicer than the numerically graded attached and the coin is absolutely phenomenal! Mintage of just 590 coins struck in proof format. NGC+ grade for premium quality at the top of end of the assigned grade.
An affordable Key Date issue with the lightest of cleanings on the obverse. In fact, we've seen worse quality coins with straight grades and not blinked an eye! The 1895 is generally considered the set-stopping date to a complete Morgan set. Mintage of only 880 coins and no business strikes were issued of this date making it especially desirable for collectors.
Pretty gem proof Morgan with lovely toning and very nice eye appeal. The obverse and reverse toning consists of rose-gold in the center with blue and green highlights around the rim. The last year of regular proof issues for the Morgan set and we see this date less frequently than many others. Mintage of just 650 coins struck in proof format.
