    Important Early Issue

    1797 H10c PCGS/CAC XF40 (13 Stars)

A lovely original survivor that displays a stunningly attractive appearance. Generous bold detail and underlying luster adorn the surfaces richly toned in charcoal, deep lavender, and gold. Scarce and desirable early half dime with the draped bust obverse and small eagle reverse. 13 stars surround Liberty on the obverse. The 1797 13-star half dime is an exceedingly difficult issue in any grade and is designated as R-6 in all grades by Logan-McCloskey. CAC approved for quality and eye appeal.

    Scarce Issue

    1801 H10c PCGS AU55 ex: Hansen Collection

A better date in the scarce and desirable early half dime series with the draped bust obverse and heraldic (large) eagle reverse. This charming AU saw wonderful preservation. Gold-grey central devices are framed by beautiful blue, rose, and deep violet toning. Nice luster and bold detail remains, the eye appeal is excellent for the grade level!
