Ordering Policies & Shipping Fees

1. Outright Sale (non-auction)

  • Applies to Non-auction; Buy-It-Now items; Post-auction Special purchases; regular website orders
  • When you purchase from us, you have a full 10 days to decide whether or not it's a "keeper".
  • Unless otherwise negotiated, we offer a no-questions-asked return policy for non-auction coins. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, send it back for a full, immediate refund. You don't even need to contact us in advance, but returns must be initiated within 10 days of receipt of the coins.
  • Sorry, there are no returns allowed on items purchased with layaway or extended payment plans*.
  • Exceptions*: Layaway purchases, or purchases whose payments extend over 30 days, cannot be returned for any reason. Due to volatile markets, returns are not accepted on any bullion-related items (gold/platinum Eagles, $50 Buffaloes, generic gold issues, etc.). In such matters, we will negotiate an appropriate return amount on a case-by-case basis.
  • Orders being delivered to the following states will be subject to applicable sales tax: California, Minnesota, New Jersey, and Virginia.

2. Auction

  • Auction purchases may only be returned upon DLRC approval within 10 days of receipt of such item.
  • Approved returns will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
  • Bidders who return too many items may be asked not to participate in future auctions to maintain the integrity of the auction process as other bidders are unnecessarily shut out from winning. Thank you for your discretion on this matter.
  • We cannot accommodate layaways on Internet auction purchases without prior agreement.
  • Timeliness: If payment is not received in full by our office within 5 business days of a transaction (i.e. successful auction win, order placed via email or phone, etc.), that transaction will be considered a layaway and returns not permitted unless otherwise negotiated.
  • Orders being delivered to the following states will be subject to applicable sales tax: California, Minnesota, New Jersey, and Virginia.

4. International Shipping Rates

  • We offer international shipping to many countries.
  • We charge $40 for Priority Mail International (insured) shipping on all orders.
  • Restrictions may apply to certain delivery areas and we cannot ship to some countries.
  • Please email the Ship Group with questions.
  • Payment for all international orders is required via Pay Pal or wired funds only.
  • IMPORTANT: Customs requirements for each country are the responsibility of the buyer. All packages shipped outside of the United States will have the required customs declaration and full stated value of the order. Please do not ask us to make exceptions as we will not be able to honor your request.
