Scarce first year No Drapery issue with lovely lavender and magenta toning. Technically this coin should grade as a gem, but as it is, it is super-high end for the grade and a very tough piece to locate with the CAC seal of approval. PCGS+ grade for premium quality at the top of end of the assigned grade. CAC approved for quality.
