Item Description:
Well-struck near gem example with attractive tones of blue, violet, and gold along the peripherals. The arrows and rays half was only struck for one year as the design was quickly modified to remove the rays on the reverse due to wear issues. PCGS+ grade for premium quality at the top of end of the assigned grade. The number one sets displays a MS66+ example for the date.
