Item Description:
Rare Philadelphia issue from a tiny mintage of just 400 coins. Highly desirable in any grade and only a few mint state examples known. The present example comes from a population of three with only a single piece graded finer at PCGS. Gorgeous, fully prooflike surfaces are tinted a rich orange gold with tints of deeper reddish-gold throughout. Sharp detail and the lack of any individually significant abrasions make for outstanding eye appeal. A real treat to view in hand!
