Item Description:
A choice AU example with just honest wear. A small planchet defect is noted at 9 o'clock on the obverse which is typical of these early copper pieces. The reverse has several distinct die cracks including one starting in the T of STATES through the R in AMERICA. A second crack from the rim at 1 o'clock the AMERICA to the rim at4 o'clock.
