PCGS Population: 3, none finer NGC Population: 1, none finer A bronze and rose overwash with a blue-gray color window in the center of the reverse. A flash of rainbow colors when the coin is rotated. A very important grade rarity for the series as no other specimens have ahcieved the MS66 level at NGC. Just (3) reported at PCGS though this may be overstated.
