Item Description:
One of the RAREST Doubled Die varieties in all of 20th century numismatics, the 69-S is a very storied modern rarity. The actual mintage is unknown as it is thought that the Secret Service destroyed many examples, making the issue even rarer. The coin is boldly doubled with plenty of Red throughout the coin. A few ticks as expected for the grade, but still PQ for the actual grade as confirmed by the CAC seal of approval.
