Low Mintage issue of just 10,500 coins and one of only 2 recognized prooflike issues at PCGS, the other being a 66. Deeply reflective fields with no bag marks or chatter. A splash of coppery-red color at 11 o'clock on the obverse serves as the only identifier on this essentially perfect coin.
