Item Description:
The Skull and Crossbones is the scarcest of the funeral medals struck in silver made by Jacob Perkins. Produced for a fellow in Boston for a masonic procession where George Washington was a member. Typically found with a hole at the top for use as a necklace, which shows signs of wear one can assume from being worn. Musante GW-71, Baker-165A. Dies 1-A1. Silver.
