Item Description:
Classic key date Barber quarter. One of the 'big 3' keys along with the 1901-S and 1913-S. While plentiful in FR to VG grades, this date is nearly impossible to find in grades as lofty as this lovely XF45. An attractive silvery-gray on the obverse while the reverse remains a much darker clay color, suggesting that this example may have lay in a Whitman album for many decades.
