Item Description:
The key to the business strike set. A lovely light golden high grade example of this fabulous key date V-Nickel. The surfaces appear gem to us but there are a few very light flecks seen under magnification which may have caused PCGS to grade the coin MS64. Overall, a very well struck coin, but clearly NOT a proof as any buyer of the business strike 1885 nickel must assert. Extremely scarce and underrated as we still rarely see these on the market in any mint state grade.
