Item Description:
In a word...gorgeous! Even golden toning is framed by pastel red and green toning around the periphery, this luster pops off the surfaces! One of the most popular Commemorative issues. Mintage of 100,058 coins commemorating the 100th anniversary of Illinois into the Union. Lincoln bust on obverse and state seal depicted on reverse. Single year issue with no D or S mints struck. CAC approved for quality and eye appeal. CAC is a third party grading service that grades the grading services (PCGS & NGC) and only approves the best coins in holders. CAC coins have been bringing significant premiums at auctions as more and more collectors are demanding the sticker before they buy.
