Item Description:
A very scarce date in mint state from a low mintage of just 97,000 coins, the 1904-S half eagle is a true 20th century key date. Especially scarce in high grades, there are only a handful of coins finer than this PCGS MS63. CAC approved for quality and eye appeal. CAC is a third party grading service that grades the grading services (PCGS & NGC) and only approves the best coins in holders. CAC coins have been bringing significant premiums at auctions as more and more collectors are demanding the sticker before they buy.
