1824/1 $2 1/2 PCGS Genuine, ex- Jewelry, Affordable Rare Type Coin

DLRC #: 386537 // PCGS #: 7663

Here's a really great opportunity to obtain this very scarce (rare?) quarter eagle type. PCGS designated this coin as ex-Jewelry but we'd argue it was probably more of a pocket piece than a jewelry item. Jewelry coins are usually polished up and this coin actually has some original reddish toning to it. Details of a Fine. Great value.
